We're partnering with a growing SaaS platform in the customer experience and reviews space, helping brands collect verified customer feedback, generate insights, and improve conversion and retention.
Used by 6,000+ brands globally across retail, travel, automotive and financial services, the business is continuing to scale and is now hiring a Junior Business Development Manager - ideal for an experienced SDR looking to step into their first closing role.
The Role
This is an opportunity to move into a full sales cycle position, owning deals from qualification through to close. You'll work closely with SDRs, marketing and pre-sales teams while building your own pipeline and developing your closing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Convert qualified leads while also generating your own pipeline
- Deliver against revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge
- Work closely with SDRs and internal teams to maximise pipeline
What They're Looking For
- 18 months - 2 years' experience in an SDR / BDR role
- Proven track record generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings
- Strong commercial mindset and desire to move into a closing role
- Interest in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or digital technology sales
- Ambitious, driven and motivated by hitting targets
