FULL DESCRIPTION

At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we’re on a mission to make Europe a powerhouse of entrepreneurship by building a modern, tech-driven equity management and financial reporting platform for private and public companies. In 2026, we aim to be the leading provider for European IPOs and reporting for share-based payments. We are a value-based company with a core focus on being humble, transparent, ambitious and impactful, all in order to delivery the best experience for our customers and end users.

The Role

Equity is having a moment. Over 2,500 tech workers across 10 markets told us so in our latest State of Equity report and thousands of companies across 45+ countries are relying on [Employer hidden] to make equity work for them. As Content Marketing Manager, you'll be the engine behind the content that shapes this conversation: building [Employer hidden]'s authority, educating a fast-growing audience, and driving the pipeline that fuels our next chapter.

This isn't a role for someone who churns out content for content's sake. We want someone who obsesses over quality, harnesses AI to work smarter, treats data as a creative tool, and understands that great content can genuinely move business metrics. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with marketing, partnerships, sales, and product teams - and you'll have real ownership from day one.

At [Employer hidden], you will:

  • Develop and implement content marketing campaigns that directly contribute to [Employer hidden]'s revenue and growth goals, with a seat at the table when strategy is being set
  • Own [Employer hidden]'s content calendar across the full funnel, ensuring we show up consistently and compellingly for equity and share plan professionals across key channels
  • Create and ship high-quality content: blog posts, in-depth guides, flagship reports, videos, email campaigns, social posts, newsletters, and more, using AI tools intelligently to raise the bar on output without sacrificing depth or accuracy
  • Make [Employer hidden] unmissable in search: champion SEO best practices and use AI-assisted tools and keyword research to grow our organic presence and bring the right audience to us
  • Turn content performance into strategy: own reporting, build clear dashboards, extract the "so what" from the data, and use those insights to continuously sharpen what we produce and how we distribute it
  • Mine internal platform data, survey research (like our annual State of Equity report) and external trends to produce thought leadership that genuinely moves the conversation forward in the equity compensation space

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company, background within the equity compensation space is a huge plus
  • Can demonstrate a history of leading data-driven, multichannel content marketing campaigns in technology businesses that generate leads and drive demand
  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally with subject matter experts in a hybrid environment
  • Are passionate about AI and actively use AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, or similar) to enhance content creation, SEO research, and workflow efficiency
  • Love data: you're comfortable building reports, digging into analytics, and translating numbers into insights that inform content creations as well as strategy
  • Feel at ease discussing complex financial products and software
  • Have a strong command of SEO principles and experience producing optimised content that ranks
  • Are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Looker or Lightdash, or similar platforms to analyse content performance
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Are proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

We have a hybrid setup with 2 days per week in our London office.

Being part of [Employer hidden] means:

  • Recharge and re-energize with flexible working hours, 25 days of vacation, and up to 40 days of remote work from outside your home country
  • We make space for your own professional development, with a generous yearly learning & development budget
  • This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity
