What you'll do
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data to schedule and coordinate interviews end-to-end using our ATS (Ashby).

- Flag bottlenecks to keep hiring processes moving.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to keep candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the interview process.
- Proactively identify friction points in the candidate journey and propose improvements.
TA Operations:
- Maintain and update Interview Pools, ensuring interviewer availability and calibration records are accurate.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the TA team: Documenting, refining, and scaling what works.
- Participate in reviewing TA documentation (process guides, scorecards, templates, onboarding materials) to keep them current and accessible.

- Participate in TA team projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and quality of hire.
What We're looking for
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or a role that requires similar skills
- Strong written and verbal communication: You know how to write candidate emails that feel personal, and you can effectively communicate with stakeholders by proposing solutions and clear action points.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a genuine interest in making things work better.
- Collaborative by nature: You enjoy working across teams and building relationships with interviewers and hiring managers.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Extra points for any of the following:
- Hands-on experience with (preferably) an ATS (experience with Ashby is a strong plus), or systems that require similar skills (HRIS, CRMs or ERPs)
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Familiarity with Metaview or other AI-assisted interview tools.
- Experience coordinating hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data).
- Previous involvement in TA ops projects: process documentation, interviewer training, or tooling rollouts
Why Join Us
- A TA team that values operational excellence and candidate experience equally
- Real ownership from day one. You won't just be scheduling; you'll be shaping how we hire
