We’re now looking for an ambitious and data-driven Head of Digital Marketing (f/m/d) to lead our growth strategy across digital channels, with a particular focus on performance marketing, conversion, and ROI.

Your mission

As Head of Digital Marketing (f/m/d), you will take the lead in scaling [Employer hidden]’s digital customer acquisition engine across the entire funnel - from awareness to conversion. You will define and execute our performance marketing strategy, drive website and SEO initiatives, and build a robust experimentation and analytics framework.
What You’ll Do

  • Own and develop [Employer hidden]’s digital marketing strategy across paid media (search, social, display, retargeting), SEO, and website optimization
  • Design and execute scalable, growth-driven campaigns to generate B2B leads and meet pipeline, and MQL/SQL targets
  • Define and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring strong cost-efficiency, CAC, LTV, and overall ROIBuild and lead a structured experimentation roadmap (e.g. A/B testing, creative testing, landing page CRO)
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Operations to align campaigns with messaging, personas, funnel stages, and backend processes
  • Define KPIs and reporting structures, establish dashboards, implement marketing attribution models, and ensure scalable marketing operations processes and tooling
  • Drive SEO, organic traffic strategy, and website performance in collaboration with product and content teams
  • Manage and develop external agencies or freelancers where needed (SEM, creatives, CRO)
  • Mentor a small but high-performing team while contributing hands-on as needed.

Your profile

- 8+ years in B2B digital/performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Strong experience managing budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and remarketing platforms
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution models, conversion metrics, CAC, LTV, and ROI reporting
- Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and other relevant MarTech solutions.
- A track record of measurable pipeline contribution through scalable growth initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation, and constant iteration
- Experience with marketing in complex or technical B2B environments is a strong plus
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both English and German
- Valid work permit for Austria/Germany
