The Vacancy

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality housing and community services? Do you have a strategic vision and a track record of delivering successful outcomes for customers, communities and stakeholders? Whether you are already in a role at a similar level or looking to take the next step in your career we would like to hear from you.

You will be responsible for leading and managing our housing and communities functions, ensuring that we deliver high-quality housing services and community activities, and create vibrant places for our residents and communities. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing our corporate strategy, business plans and objectives, working collaboratively with the Board, the Chief Executive, the Executive Team and other senior managers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant professional qualification and/or extensive experience in strategic and operational housing services delivery. Moreover, you should also be able to lead, motivate and develop teams and individuals effectively and possess an in-depth understanding of the social housing sector and the regulatory framework that governs it. Your track record should showcase the successful execution of complex housing programmes within budgetary and time constraints. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, promoting social value and exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are vital. Above all, your character should reflect an unwavering commitment to involvement of residents, personal integrity, professionalism and accountability.
