FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance team, prepare monthly accounts, and act as the main contact for the annual audit. The role is part-time, hybrid, and offers flexible working hours. Candidates should have AAT Level 4 qualifications, strong management accounts experience, and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a team player with excellent IT and people management skills to:

Shape and drive the direction and effectiveness of the Finance team.
Continually seek and implement improvements and best practices.
To prepare and review monthly management accounts.
Liaising with budget holders to review, advise and agree monthly results.
Month and year-end duties.
Act as main point of contact for the annual audit.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum AAT Level 4 qualifications
Strong management accounts experience
Demonstrable problem-solving experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Details:

Part time (22.5 hrs/wk.), permanent opportunity
