Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to support clients throughout the planning application process, devise campaigns, manage events, and develop new business opportunities. The role requires strong communication, business development, and relationship-building skills, with an interest in politics and the built environment.

You will help by supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle of the planning application process which will include engaging with people who has a high political influence, running your own public consultation events and finding ways to win new business opportunities for the company.

Your main day-to-day work will include devising campaigns plan for clients, delivering against these plans, managing consultation events with little to no assistance, meet with potential clients, setting up clients on systems, sending invoices, and demonstrating the [Employer hidden] values internally and externally.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re growing and ambitious and looking for someone who wants to grow and be ambitious with us. You might already be working in a planned communications or public relations and are looking for a challenge whereby delivering projects and developing new business opportunities is your forte.

You should have an active interest, involvement, and knowledge of politics in the London area. And you are keen to talk about the built environment, local communities and social impact issues that interact with the planning process.

  • Excellent communication skills – you can actively listen to people and communicate clearly verbally and in writing with a range of stakeholders such as colleagues, clients, politicians, and people with community influence.
  • Business development – you’ll have an eye for seeing where new business can be won, and you’ll be passionate about achieving this.
  • Collaborative spirit – you enjoy working with people internally and externally. You see the value of team objectives and
  • Relationship building and networking – you are a self-starter, personable and can build a good network with people in the industry.
  • Commercial understanding – you can demonstrate your knowledge and experience of project delivery and how this impacts business growth.
