Recruitment Adviser

We are looking for a proactive, team player to join our small and passionate Recruitment team as a Recruitment Adviser. You will support the leaders, People Business Partners and rest of the team in managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for assigned campaigns. You will focus on attracting quality talent through a variety of recruitment methods, such as LinkedIn and job boards, while ensuring candidates experience a positive recruitment journey every step of the way.

Job Introduction

We are looking for a proactive, team player to join our small and passionate Recruitment team as a Recruitment Adviser.

As the Recruitment Adviser, you will support the leaders, People Business Partners and rest of the team in managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for assigned campaigns. You will focus on attracting quality talent through a variety of recruitment methods, such as LinkedIn and job boards, while ensuring candidates experience a positive recruitment journey every step of the way.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to establish your career in recruitment by working with and learning from our experienced Recruiters. You will be an integral part of the team, supporting and delivering on a variety of recruitment campaigns as well as exciting projects, such as Apprenticeships and Employer Branding. You will actively share your ideas with the team to drive improvements.

Role Responsibility

  • Managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for assigned recruitment campaigns.
  • Delivering an excellent candidate journey by building quality relationships and meeting/exceeding expectations.
  • Building quality relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment campaigns.
  • Running and providing reports on a variety of recruitment metrics to the wider People and Culture division.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates.
  • Handling recruitment related queries and providing advice.
  • Supporting recruitment related projects.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an in-house recruitment team or an agency environment and will come with knowledge of how to run effective recruitment campaigns as well as recruitment best practice.

We are also open to candidates who come from other backgrounds, such as Customer Service, where you have developed the key skills that will make you an excellent Recruitment Adviser and set you up for a rewarding career in recruitment.
