Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Keyholder to support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in retail and develop their skills in a leadership role.
What will your duties be as a Keyholder?
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Work towards and monitor KPIs to drive store performance
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain high store standards
- Help coach and support the team to achieve targets
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when required
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
What are we looking for in you?
- A confident and proactive attitude
- Previous experience working with KPIs
- Strong communication and team support skills
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Previous Keyholder experience is not essential
