Role: Digital Content Producer
Hours: Permanent (weekends required)
Location: Leigh, Leopards Den, Leigh Sports Village, WN7 4JY (travel required)
Salary: From £25-28k pa

As a Digital Content Producer you will be on the front line of the Clubs communications and have your finger on the pulse of all things [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. This includes working closely with the coaching team, players and supporting staff!
We are currently seeking a motivated, energised, and creative Digital Content Producer to provide unique and engaging content across all the Club’s digital and social media platforms. Your role will enhance our media platforms and market the [Employer hidden] brand.
We are looking for a highly creative individual who will create exciting, engaging, and cutting-edge content that informs and excites fans to want to be part of our journey. Experience of copywriting is also desirable to assist with writing match reports & website articles.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create graphics across all digital platforms form our social media platforms to our website.
- Lead on and manage the Club website ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
- Deliver the matchday social media content, translating in game action into exciting content for fans.
- Produce written content for the official Club website and matchday programme.
- Produce regular, accurate and engaging multimedia content to tight deadlines.
- Utilise the CRM system to create segmentation for digital marketing campaigns.
- As part of the matchday entertainment schedule, generate and deliver social and digital media fan engagement initiatives to promote all fixtures.
- Arrange and manage regular social media interaction between followers and players/coaches/staff.
- Assist with Club partners and sponsorship activations across our social media channels.
- Attend all media and Club events to obtain social and digital content.
- Identify popular social media trends that the Club can utilise, as well as influencers to raise the Club’s brand and profile.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Media Production, Graphics or Journalism is desirable.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator software (Other Creative Cloud skills desirable).
- Good written and proofreading skills.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Experience of working within a professional sporting environment is desirable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Due to the nature of the business, and the role, this is not a standard Monday- Friday 9-5 job. Requires flexibility towards working hours, including the requirement to work at all home and away fixtures, plus various events on evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
