The Role

[Employer hidden] are seeking a HR Data Analyst on a permanent, full-time basis working from our impressive manufacturing facility in Shirley. As HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, performance, and optimisation of our HR systems. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, improve processes, and ensure our people data is accurate, secure, and effectively utilised.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS database and reoptimized systems, including data entry, user access, and system configuration
  • Develop and maintain reports, metrics, and dashboards to support HR and business decisions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, and system testing
  • Analyse and improve HR processes, workflows, and system capabilities to support strategic initiatives and business objectives
  • Provide training and support to HR and other users on HRIS features and functionalities
  • Maintain data privacy and security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate HRIS with other business systems
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in HRIS and related areas

Personal Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR systems management and administration
  • Strong technical proficiency with HR systems, data analysis tools, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices, data privacy, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
