Youth and Children’s Lead – Parish of Sholing

The [Employer hidden] is seeking a proactive and experienced Youth & Children’s Lead to oversee and grow their provision for children and young people across St Mary’s Church, Sholing and Veracity Life.

At Veracity Life (community-focused):

• Lead and grow children’s and youth provision
• Build partnerships with schools and local organisations
• Support and equip volunteers
• Respond creatively to local need

At St Mary’s Church (faith-based):

• Develop discipleship pathways for children and young people
• Strengthen Sunday provision
• Help young people explore and grow in Christian faith

You’ll work closely with the Vicar and wider leadership team, taking ownership of youth and children’s provision while contributing to the overall vision of the parish.
