St Clement’s is looking for a Spirit-filled, highly organised Operations Lead to shape systems and structures behind the scenes so frontline mission and ministry can flourish – this is a new role in an exciting new season for the church.

St Clement’s is looking for a Spirit-filled, highly organised Operations Lead to shape systems and structures behind the scenes so frontline mission and ministry can flourish – this is a new role in an exciting new season for the church.

This newly created role will oversee:

  • Day-to-day operations and church office setup
  • Church governance, HR, compliance, and communications
  • Volunteer support and team-building
  • Safeguarding administration and safer recruiting systems
  • Facilities management and calendar coordination

St Clement’s is seeking someone with:

  • Strong admin and co-ordination skills
  • A servant-hearted, team-minded attitude
  • Passion for church life and local mission
  • The ability to build systems and support teams

The role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a practising Christian committed to the vision and values of St Clement’s.
