Are you passionate about sharing the love of God and seeing children come to a growing faith in Jesus? Do you have a heart for growing next generation leaders who are courageous about sharing their faith? [Employer hidden] community is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Children & Families Ministry Lead to join their team!
St Clement’s is a growing Anglican church in Boscombe, Bournemouth, with a vision to *Love God, Love People, Love Boscombe.* They’re passionate about people coming to know Jesus, outreach to local schools, and social action – with children and families at the heart of their calling. God has blessed [Employer hidden] with amazing growth in their children’s ministry in the last three years and this new role will be essential in leading, growing and supporting their brilliant volunteer teams.
The role includes:
- Leading the Sunday children’s ministry team
- Building school partnerships – supporting the twice weekly Family Schools Worship, and weekly in-school Grow Club
- Supporting families growing in faith
- Equipping volunteers and shaping ministry vision
- Overseeing safety and safeguarding
The role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a practising Christian committed to the vision and values of St Clement’s.
