Creative Ministry Lead – [Employer hidden]

Are you passionate about using creativity to inspire faith and community? [Employer hidden] is seeking a Creative Ministry Lead to shape and deliver innovative events and multimedia content that brings their vision to life — both within their church and across the wider community.

As the Creative Ministry Lead, you will be at the heart of Christ Church’s creative output, helping to communicate the message of Christ in fresh and engaging ways across all ministry areas. This role is central to resourcing and enriching all areas of church life, with a particular focus on:

• Developing high-quality, innovative multimedia content, including management of the website, social media, graphics and videography, to create visually compelling worship and engagement
• Supporting and resourcing ministries across the church, especially for young people, students and young adults
• Leading and equipping others to grow in their creative gifts and ministry
• Collaborating with teams to serve both Christ Church and partner churches in Winchester

• Creatively gifted with a passion for ministry
• Skilled in multimedia production (video, design and digital content)
• A team player who can inspire and equip others
• Excited about using creativity to serve the church and wider community
