Job/Person Summary
[Employer hidden] (Controlled) is looking to recruit an amazing Headteacher for a January 2027 start.
Hurstbourne Tarrant CE Primary School is a small and very popular Church of England village school that has 4 classes run in split-year groups. They have a well-established staff team who have been praised by SIAMs in a recent inspection.
The school has been successfully led by the current Headteacher over the last 8 years ensuring they attained a Good Rating at Ofsted in 2025 and Good overall at the SIAMs in 2023. The school are now looking forward to finding a new Headteacher who can join the team and lead them on the next steps of their journey. The school has a strong dedicated team, and is supported by a committed, active Governing Board, an amazing parent body and the wider community.
