FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking for a Christ-like, gifted and inspiring Minister to lead them as they seek to reach the many families who live in the parish and further their vision to see lives transformed as they connect with people, share God’s love and grow in faith in Jesus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and develop a connect-share-grow pathway for a wide range of families from all parts of the parish
  • Encourage, equip and pray for all current children, young people and families, and everyone involved in ministry with them
  • Take a leading role in co-ordinating and developing church services and events that draw families from the wider community
  • Preach and teach God’s Word in different settings
  • Play an active role in the leadership team of the church

Key Details

  • [Employer hidden] are looking for someone who has some theological training and ministry experience
  • It is a genuine occupational requirement for this post-holder to be a committed Christian
  • Minimum 20 hours up to 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
  • Salary range: £30,000 – £40,000 pro rata depending on qualifications and experience
  • 3-year fixed-term contract. If our resources grow and the role proves successful then the parish will explore extending this
