- Role: Children’s/ Families/ Youth (dependent on skills and experience)
- Salary range: £26,000-£30,000
- Holiday: 25 days, plus bank holidays
- Working Hours: minimum 20 hours up to 40 hrs per week (flexible but inclusive of Tuesday and Sunday mornings)
Role Overview
[Employer hidden] are looking for someone to join their Children’s and Youth team, to help coordinate this growing ministry in their parish and school, working alongside the Families, School and Youth Minister. The benefice’s younger generation ministry stretches from 0-18 years, so they’re flexible in terms of the focus and either full or part-time hours. They want to shape the role around the skills and experience of the person God is calling to join the benefice, though there is a focus on the 0-7 years age range. This is an exciting opportunity to build on an established and growing ministry.

Areas of Responsibility
- Overseeing the children’s and parents’ groups
- Supporting the Families, Schools and Youth Minister as appropriate
- Supporting the well-established links with our Primary School
- Overseeing the administration, safeguarding and health and safety processes required in the role
