##### What is Church of England’s Ministry Experience Scheme & Future Youth Internship?

The aim of the internship is to give young people, from all backgrounds, the space and time to test God’s calling on their lives by working for a parish church for a year. It offers the chance to experience practical ministry, enrich theological understanding and further personal development, all with ongoing support from peers and supervisors.

You will join in with the staff team and have a ministry supervisor and mentor, both of whom will meet with you regularly. Oakley with Wootton will also provide and fund opportunities for you to receive development from the wider church (e.g. through conferences, training etc).
