The [Employer hidden] is looking for a part time Children, Youth and Families Lead, working 22.5 hours (equivalent to 3 days) per week.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A committed Christian who is passionate about making disciples of Jesus
- Excellent at communicating the gospel, both upfront and person to person
- Creative, self-motivated and flexible in attitude and work ethic
- Someone with a proactive approach and committed to seeing initiatives through to completion
- Someone with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Someone with excellent organisation skills, with attention to risk and the ability to plan ahead
- An individual with a sense of humour and fun!
- Experienced in church leadership or working with children, young people and families within a church setting
- Competent in using technology to support ministry effectiveness
