Director of Programme for Applied Christian Education ([Employer hidden])

Would you like to be involved in an organisation that helps children and young people explore the Christian faith in schools across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole? [Employer hidden] is looking for a part time Director to start on 1 September 2025.

Following the retirement of their current Director in August 2025, they are looking for someone who can work with the Trustees and local churches to develop strategy for the organisation, lead a staff team of 10 people working in schools, and fundraise to make sure that [Employer hidden] can continue this vital ministry.

Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible) for 52 weeks pa including annual leave
Salary: £15,608 – £16,115 pa based on experience (£38,500 – £39,750 fte)

There is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the holder of this post to be a practising Christian. [Employer hidden] follows a Safer Selection process and the role is subject to an Enhanced DBS.
