[Employer hidden] is looking for a student pastoral to join their vibrant, supportive and creative staff team, to lead and guide their church’s students. The student pastor will invite students to encounter Jesus, equip them to be disciples, and inspire them to transform their lives through faith.

[Employer hidden] is a large lively Anglican Church with a strong emphasis on the preaching of God’s Word and the Ministry of the Holy Spirit. They hold three Sunday services and provide a range of groups, activities, courses and pastoral support for all ages and stages of life throughout the week.  The University of Winchester lies within their parish, enabling [Employer hidden] to forge strong links with the student community.

Full time permanent post: Sunday – Thursday, 37.5 hrs per week including some evening work

Salary £25,000 pa plus NI and pension contributions

Holidays: 25 days per year plus bank holidays

There is a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 for this post to be held by an active, practising Christian.  The post holder will also need to have a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check.
