Initially 30 hours as required over a week, which will include Sunday working. As this role grows there is the potential for it to become a full-time appointment. Starting salary, depending on qualifications and experience, will be in the range of £28,000 to £31,000 pro-rata.

They are looking for a missionary minded person with proven experience in launching new initiatives and building strong, meaningful relationships. As St Thomas’ Children & Families Worker, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the existing programs while shaping an inspiring vision for future growth.

At St Thomas’, they currently offer:

  • Bubble Church – a weekly puppet packed, Jesus centred, coffee and croissant fuelled adventure.
  • St Thomas’ Toddlers – a welcoming and supportive space for little ones and their parents/carers.
  • Messy Church – a monthly gathering in partnership with our Church of England Infant School, bringing families together for creativity, fun, and faith.
