FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] in Bristol is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team. This part-time role involves creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers and their pets, providing exceptional customer service, and working 19.5 hours per week, including weekends. Training and benefits are provided.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for a customer service superstar who can help to create a really positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets. We're looking for someone to join us at the earliest convenience, working 19.5 hours per week. This consists of two days per week and 1 in 4 weekends. You must be able to work on rota within our opening hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9am-3pm)

Our ideal candidate will be very comfortable approaching our customers, armed with a  big smile and the determination to make each customer's experience with us the best it can possibly be.

To support you in your role, we'll make sure you receive the best training. You'll be able to take full advantage of our CPD for veterinary reception teams, provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
