[Employer hidden] are recruiting for a B2B Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site in Basingstoke.
Salary: £21.67 ph to £28.27 per hour PAYE
B2B Associate Role:
- Act as a customer triage and first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries
- Route priority accounts and complex enquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure all interactions and materials shared align with the latest approved brand materials.
- Accurately document customer interactions, decisions, and outcomes within relevant tracking tools or CRM systems.
- Manage enquiries currently received via multiple channels.
Your Background:
- Experience in a customer-facing, triage, coordination, or operational role.
- Ability to assess, prioritise, and route enquiries using defined frameworks.
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice or similar compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge or experience in Diabetes, Obesity, or related therapy areas would be an advantage.
