Customer Validation & Master Data Representative

Job Details

[Employer hidden] are recruiting for a Customer Validation & Master data representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:
£23.88 per day or £30.91 per hour

Customer Validation & Master data role:

• Customer account set-up and data maintenance in SAP
• Resolve both internal and external queries about customers' account master data
• Resolve system issues through monitoring of account data between client and customer
• Keeping an eye to continuous improvement, becoming subject matter expert on system process
• Managing team mailbox, filing and records management

Your Background:

• Secondary education level, including GCSE or equivalent in maths and English.
• Customer service experience in handling challenging customer queries and complaints via telephone.
• Preferred business to business experience.
• Good level of general IT skills, including MS Office. Experience of working with SAP preferred.
• Ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to analyse data.
