Founded in 1895, [Employer hidden] is a luxury spirits company owned by a fourth generation of family members and situated in Elgin, Scotland. Preferable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • A degree in Business Management, Process Engineering or another relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in inventory management, ideally managing premium product lifecycles and global stock allocation.
  • Proven experience in working closely with Sales and Operations teams within an FMCG or luxury goods context.
  • Advanced proficiency in data-driven forecasting and inventory tracking
  • Deep understanding of Single Malt Scotch Whisky and international spirits labelling requirements
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a complex global commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using relevant software applications (ERP systems, Excel, etc) for sales administration and financial management.
  • Advanced Market awareness and understanding of the global speciality spirits markets and the specific needs of different sales channels (off-trade, Private Client, E-Commerce)
