Preferable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of the whisky industry, including production, maturation, and tasting.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience gained in a hospitality/tourism environment.
- Proven experience in delivering a 5-star experience is highly beneficial
- Experienced people manager/leader who leads by example and inspires exceptional customer service from the team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering a 5 star service to our guests.
- Working knowledge of a foreign language would be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- IOSH Managing safely is desirable, however a Health & Safety mindset is vital.
