Preferable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of the whisky industry, including production, maturation, and tasting.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience gained in a hospitality/tourism environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering a 5-star experience is highly beneficial
  • Experienced people manager/leader who leads by example and inspires exceptional customer service from the team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering a 5 star service to our guests.
  • Working knowledge of a foreign language would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • IOSH Managing safely is desirable, however a Health & Safety mindset is vital.
