We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our small HR team based in Elgin. The role will deliver an efficient professional recruitment & onboarding process to the business and support the HR team in contract and administration needs.

It’s a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who would like to broaden into an HR Generalist, or someone with great HR Admin experience looking for their next development role.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required

  • Previous experience working in an HR department as an admin, recruiter or coordinator (or similar).
  • Relevant CIPD qualifications (Level 3/5) or alternative formal qualifications (such as an MA in HRM) or equivalent work experience would be desirable (or a willingness to work towards them)
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience in using HR information systems is desirable
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Spirits industry and/or working in an environment with a mixture of manufacturing and head office teams would be advantageous.
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
