As a Disputes Paralegal, you will support a leading litigation team on complex and high profile matters. Your work will include drafting key legal documents, preparing court materials, and liaising directly with clients and counsel. This role offers hands on involvement in case management and exposure to commercial and civil litigation at a high level.

You’ll work closely with experienced lawyers in a fast paced, collaborative environment that values initiative, accuracy, and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors in managing a caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters.
  • Draft legal documents including witness statements, correspondence, chronologies, and court applications.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries for fee earners.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and Legal Aid Agency (where applicable)

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a UK law firm or legal department, ideally within dispute resolution or litigation.
  • Strong understanding of UK civil procedure rules and court processes.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
