Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and petitions.
- Draft legal documents, statements, affidavits, and client correspondence.
- Collect, review, and organise supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date case files and track deadlines.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements, case updates, and next steps.
- Support attorneys/solicitors with case management and administrative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal qualification or legal studies background.
