The Client
We are working with a leading [Employer hidden] that is seeking a Finance Associate (5+ PQE) to join its London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The firm is well established across key financial centres worldwide and offers excellent opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and cross-border work.
The Role
This is a broad finance role offering exposure to a wide variety of structured finance, fund finance, and real estate financing matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing finance and corporate transaction documents, including structured finance and listing materials.
- Advising on securitisations, derivatives, CLOs, fund products, and real estate financing.
- Liaising with investment banks, onshore counsel, and other stakeholders across international transactions.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to team knowledge-sharing.
This role offers the chance to work closely with partners and associates in London and across the firm’s global network, ensuring seamless client service.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ PQE in finance and banking (happy to consider candidates with higher PQE).
- Experience in offshore matters is a bonus but not essential.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and written communication skills.
- A commercial mindset, with strong transactional management and organisational skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to client service.
