Our Client
Our Client, an [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Company is looking for an Employment Counsel to join their UK legal team on a long-term rolling contract.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate's work will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing the legal advice in any Employment Tribunal claim and settlement agreement assigned to you from time to time.
- Managing the stakeholder relationship with HR in relation to your legal advice.
- Developing and coaching other lawyers and paralegals whose work you supervise from time to time.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- 8+ years' PQE
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience managing a team
