FULL DESCRIPTION
Head of Managed Services
As our Regional Head of Managed Services, you will have responsible for the operation success of our Managed Services team across your region.
- Supporting both regional and national business objectives
- The leadership and management of the region, including recruitment, performance management, development, and succession planning
- Overseeing the management and authorisation of spend against agreed budgets
- Identifying, evaluating, and proposing opportunities for expanding profitable MS provision in the region,
- Optimising profitability of MS provision in the region, identifying where efficiencies and savings can be realised and leading the implementation of change to achieve these
- Working with Heads of Customer Support to design, plan and implement an effective out-of-hours support function for guests, suppliers and homeowners, ensuring excellent service is delivered throughout the operating window.
- Overseeing the development of a network of reliable and loyal housekeeping and property maintenance suppliers to meet current and future demand and support portfolio growth
