Join a major UK nuclear project as part of the alliance delivering the Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC (MEH) works at Hinkley Point C. The role involves working across site areas with MEH LTQR Coordinators, Technicians, and multidisciplinary teams to capture and process HVAC discipline-specific LTQR (Lifetime Quality Records) deliverables accurately and on time, ensuring completion and delivery in line with project requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for HVAC discipline-specific records.
• Serve as the technical expert liaison with MEH Site and Assurance Leads.
• Interface with the MEH Completions team regarding CTP/EESR.
• Ensure HVAC discipline records are captured in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform technical reviews and resolve issues to support Area LTQR Coordinators.
• Manage Area Discipline LOO’s, track asset installation, and oversee record verification and completion.
• Maintain a full understanding of the Scope of Work, Contract Specifications, Standards, drawings, and procedures.
• Conduct AS9 IWOC verification and track task completion upon A-Acceptance of LTQR deliverables in Teamcenter.

Experience

• HVAC or Mechanical Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC/HND/CBG)
• Experienced in document management systems (EDMS) and metadata control.
• Experienced in a quality assurance/control environment within construction, heavy industry, or nuclear sectors.
• Proven background in large, multi-functional project environments with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Air Conditioning Inspector (ACI) or Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) training or certificate beneficial
• CTL, WI, or PT qualification/training beneficial.
