What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
- Learning sales, negotiation, and business development skills
