Be Our Next Account Manager

We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager who is driven and looking for their next career jump in a super exciting, fast growing company. You’ll have knowledge and passion for digital marketing and will thrive off moving goal posts and new projects.

You’ll own the day to day project management support one of our Pods across a number of client’s. This will include the onboarding of new accounts where timelines and leading on actions across many moving parts is key. You will be a natural relationship builder, working with clients and internal teams to ensure that our work is delivered on time and with the desired results.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional organisation and communication skills who thrives on delivering excellence for our clients, while keeping everyone on track, on time and on the same page!

  • Build and maintain relationships with our clients, clearly understanding and managing their expectations and requirements
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Use appropriate systems, tools and techniques to control project delivery and manage changes in scope, schedules and costs
  • Drive the communication between internal teams as well as with clients to ensure all stakeholders are aware of progress
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, understanding dependencies and updating documentation to track progress
  • Be confident to hold colleagues and clients and agency teams accountable to project delivery

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Pride in the work that you deliver and a desire to ensure our clients are successful
  • An excellent communicator, a natural people person
  • Strong organisational skills and an analytical eye
  • A team player with the appetite to support teams and manage resources across the agency
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritising and planning time effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Driven mindset, flexibility and a get-stuck-in approach
  • An interest in all things digital marketing
  • 1+ years experience in client services or agency environment
  • Experience working directly with clients to provide first class service
  • First-hand experience working with internal teams to define, deliver and cost programs of work

Experience we would like you to have (but not essential):

  • Knowledge and ideally experience working across core digital marketing disciplines (SEO, PPC, Media, Social – and Content)
  • A relevant project management qualification or equivalent
  • Project Management certification is a plus (PMP / PRINCE II)
