THE ROLE:
Due to our client’s ongoing success, we are now searching for an experienced SEO Strategist to join their expanding team! Working closely with the Head of SEO and Performance Director and collaborating with multiple internal teams, you will play a vital role by creating, executing, and managing KPI driven SEO strategies for clients of all shapes and sizes!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SEO strategy development & implementation, with a focus on client KPIs.
- Keyword research & content development.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure client websites provide an engaging & relevant content experience, whilst ensuring SEO is at the forefront of your mind.
- SEO performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting (tools: Sistrix, GA4, SEMRush, and Looker Studio.)
- Conduct technical SEO auditing and develop improvements, collaborating with internal and external parties (tools: Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Jira, and Slack.)
- Competitor and SERP analysis, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement in search engine rankings.
- Ongoing optimisation of client Google Business Profiles and Merchant Feeds.
- Regular research on industry trends, tools, and search engine algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with the wider business on evolving business processes, sharing knowledge, data, and expertise.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years’ SEO experience working as part of a team, preferably within an agency.
- Excellent understanding of SEO trends, best practices, and on-page/off-page technical/non-technical techniques.
- Experience working with B2B, informational and e-commerce clients.
- Experience using and evaluating SEO tools and software.
- An understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Confidence in producing and presenting relevant information for both sales meetings and existing client reviews.

- *This role is based on the outskirts of West Leeds, so a driving licence and access to a car would be ideal.*
