Key Benefits:
- £30,000 - £40,000 pa DOE basic salary
- Uncapped Monthly Commission – Total OTE £60,000+

The Role:
We’re searching for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a growing business that provides Media & Marketing Services to clients spanning a multitude of sectors.
This is a 360 sales role with a focus on driving voucher sales, promotional campaigns, and advertising solutions, in return you will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure, excellent earning potential, and encouragement to progress and develop professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and build a pipeline of local business customers.
- Manage the full sales-cycle, selling consumer vouchers and promotional campaigns to customers across a range of sectors including hospitality, leisure, retail, beauty, and more.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, identify and understand client needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Close deals and ensure a smooth onboarding process to maximise customer experience.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional account management and customer service to ensure account longevity.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a B2B Business Development role within voucher, media, or advertising sales.
- Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in successfully meeting and exceeding targets in a sales-based role.
- Background in voucher sales, experience days, or consumer promotions (e.g. Groupon, Wowcher, Virgin Experience Days, Red Letter Days).
- Knowledge & experience using lead generation techniques across multiple channels and platforms.
- Ability to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
- A collaborative and consultative approach to sales.
