FULL DESCRIPTION

Tradewind are currently looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism. You will be supporting the pupil throughout their learning, development and school life.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the pupil throughout the school (School Drop Off, Lessons, Outdoor Play and Meals) - Deliver aspects of the pupil's EHCP - Work alongside Teachers to develop strategies that support learning and inclusion - Promote positive resources - Liaise with family to help tailor support

Requirements

- Experience working with children in a Primary Setting - Excellent communication skills - Ability to build relationships and act as a positive support network to pupil and family - Empathy and patience where required - Experience with promoting child development and support
