Teaching Assistant - KS2 (Full-Time, Long-Term)
Location: Tameside

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Tameside. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to work within a Key Stage 2 setting, supporting pupils in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the class teacher, helping to raise attainment and ensure all pupils are engaged and progressing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support within a KS2 setting
• Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support learning
• Assist in delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Support pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs
• Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a KS2 setting
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Confident supporting literacy and numeracy
• Good behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A proactive, positive, and flexible approach
