About the Role:
As a Supply Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assisting with personalised learning plans
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Helping pupils access the curriculum in a way that suits their individual needs

What We're Looking For:

  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach
