Job Description

Are you an engaging and active PE Teacher looking for an exciting and fulfilling role in secondary schools located in Grimsby? If yes, we have an excellent opportunity for you!

The responsibilities of the role, include the following:

• Deliver high-quality practical PE lessons to students in Y7 - Y11.
• Encourage students to develop knowledge and understanding of different sports and movements.
• Collaborate with the PE department, contributing ideas on ways pupils can achieve their potential.
• Uphold high expectations of students and implement behavioural policies.
• Always follow safeguarding procedures.
• During your placement, you will also need to cover some lessons in IT.

The position is paid to scale which means you will be paid a daily rate of £168.80 - £232.56.

During your time at the school, we will support you through CPD training from the National College. You will also be assigned a consultant that will assist with needs and offer new opportunities once your commitment is finished.
