HR Officer - Secondary Schools (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week)
Location: Bromley

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join a thriving network of secondary schools across Bromley. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position, ideal for a professional who is passionate about people, processes, and making a meaningful impact within an educational environment.

About the Role
As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and effective management of human resources across the school. You will work closely with senior leadership and administrative teams, ensuring that HR operations run efficiently and in line with current legislation and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
