Salary: £165 - £265 per day

Are you a passionate and knowledgeable History Teacher looking to inspire young minds? We're working with a thriving secondary school in Leicester that is seeking a dedicated educator to join their Humanities department on a long-term basis.

About the Role:

As a History Teacher, you will be delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, and potentially Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. Your role will include planning and delivering the curriculum, preparing pupils for GCSEs, and contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or enrichment programmes.

Ideal Candidate:

- Holds QTS with specialism in History or Humanities (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)
- Has experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
- Brings excellent classroom management and a creative approach to teaching
- Is passionate about helping students develop historical knowledge, critical thinking, and a love for learning
