This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where every student is supported to reach their full potential. The school caters for children with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. As a SEND Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering a tailored and inclusive curriculum that meets the individual needs of each learner.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons, creating a structured and supportive classroom environment, and working closely with teaching assistants and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. Building strong relationships and maintaining a calm, consistent approach will be key to your success in this role.

  • Are patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
  • Have strong communication and classroom management skills

In return, you will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding and impactful role where no two days are the same. If you are committed to supporting children with additional needs and want to be part of a dedicated team in Towcester, we would love to hear from you.
