### Start Your Career in Early Years SEN

Are you looking for a meaningful role in Preston where you can support the youngest learners in their most formative years? We are seeking a patient and energetic EYFS Teaching Assistant / Support Worker to join our dedicated Primary provision.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or an unqualified individual with a natural talent for engaging with children, this role offers the perfect balance of challenge and emotional reward.

### The Role: Impact from Day One

In this specialist EYFS setting, you will be the helping hand for children with a range of Special Educational Needs. Your day won't be spent behind a desk; instead, you'll be on the floor facilitating sensory play, supporting speech and language development, and helping our pupils navigate their very first school experiences.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in Preston, ensuring that every child, regardless of their starting point, feels safe, happy, and ready to learn.

### What We Offer You

  • A Foot in the Door: We welcome applicants from retail, care, or hospitality who want to transition into Education.
  • Specialist Training: Gain experience in Makaton, PECS, and positive behaviour management.
  • Work-Life Balance: Consistent term-time hours that fit around your life.
  • Community: Join a supportive Primary SEN school known for its inclusive culture and staff wellbeing.

### Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for someone who is resilient, proactive, and truly enjoys the "magic" of the Early Years. If you can stay calm during a meltdown, celebrate the "tiny" victories, and have a genuine desire to work within the Preston community, we want to meet you.
