[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are partnering with a highly regarded two-form entry primary school in Borehamwood to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher for September.

This role is specifically suited to a confident Early Years specialist who has experience leading or running a Nursery provision and is looking for a well-supported, part-time role with genuine work-life balance.

The Position

  • Lead a well-established Nursery class of 20 children
  • Work 5 mornings per week (08:30 - 12:30)
  • Supported by 2 experienced TAs
  • 45 minutes daily PPA (from 11:45 when children finish)
  • Paid handover in July to ensure a seamless start

  • 2FE structure - shared planning, reduced workload
  • Experienced Early Years team with established systems and routines
  • Supportive leadership who prioritise staff wellbeing and manageable workload
  • Strong behaviour culture and effective SEN support

The right candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in Early Years, ideally leading Nursery or similar provision
  • Deep understanding of EYFS and early child development
  • Confident leading a team and driving high-quality provision
  • Organised, proactive and passionate about Early Years education
