We are working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Northampton that is seeking an enthusiastic Unqualified Spanish Teacher to join their team. The Role

  • Deliver engaging and structured Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Support pupils in developing confidence across speaking, listening, reading, and writing

  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
  • Work alongside experienced teachers and mentors to develop your teaching skills

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong Spanish language skills (degree or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Experience working with young people (tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or similar)
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
  • A genuine interest in education and progressing into teaching
  • Ideal for those considering teacher training routes (PGCE, SCITT, or apprenticeships)
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
