### The Role:

You will supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task with the work set. This role does not require planning lessons, but strong behaviour management and communication skills are essential.

### Responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons using pre-prepared materials
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensure students stay engaged and complete assigned work
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
• Support the wider school environment when required

### Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
